Green Bean Salad with Miso Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) miso
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) finely chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil
- 1 lb (454 g) green beans, blanched
- 6 radishes, cut into thin slices
- 3 tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
- 2 cups (500 ml) shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Set aside.
