Grapefruit Tonic Mocktail
Our bittersweet Grapefruit Tonic Mocktail, complete with a frozen ball of grapefruit juice, is sure to quench that thirst—and slowly release its flavour!
Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit juice ice sphere
- ¼ cup (60 ml) pink grapefruit juice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) tonic water
- 1 thin wedge grapefruit
Instructions
- In a lowball glass, place the grapefruit juice ice sphere.
- Add the juice and tonic water. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
