Grapefruit-Flavoured Wine with Peach Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) pitted peaches, peeled and cut into pieces (2 medium peaches)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 3 cups (750 ml) white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
- 1 white grapefruit, rinsed, halved and sliced
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the peaches, water and sugar.
- Strain and transfer to an ice cube tray. Freeze for about 3 hours.
