Goat Cheese and Pistachio Crostini
Ingredients
- 12 baguette 1/2-inch (1-cm) thick slices, lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- 3 1/3 oz (100 g) goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) pistachios, toasted and chopped
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions
- Lightly butter the toasted slices of bread. Sprinkle with the cheese and pistachios. Drizzle with honey. Season with pepper. Serve immediately.
