Frosé
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine
- 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
- 2 cups (270 g) sliced strawberries
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large glass dish or plastic container, whisk together the wine and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until completely frozen.
- In a blender, purée the strawberries, water and lemon juice until smooth. Add the frozen wine and process until smooth and slushy. Serve immediately in wine or martini glasses.
