Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Serve with a mesclun salad.
