Fig Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried black mission figs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil-packed black olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
- A hint of garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients a few seconds at a time, until the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread, crackers or
