Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 dried yellow Peruvian chili pepper (aji amarillo) or 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
Instructions
- In a mortar and pestle, personal blender or coffee grinder, crush the spices.
- The spice mix will keep for 2 years in an airtight container at room temperature.
