Endive and Celery Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 4 endives, cores remove, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 4 celery stalks, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 1/2 cup (15 g) celery leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
