Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) ice cider or ice wine
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) elderberry sparkling drink (see note)
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a wine glass three-quarter filled with ice cubes, pour the ice cider.
  2. Add the sparkling drink. Serve with the Apple and Cheese Bites.
