Eggnog Shooters
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 15% country-style cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brandy
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) dark rum
- Ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except for the nutmeg. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Just before serving, lightly froth the preparation with a hand blender.
- Pour into shot glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve very cold.
