Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 litres) finely chopped cabbage (in a food processor) (about 1 small 1 kg / 2 lb cabbage)
- 1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped celery (in a food processor)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped onion (in a food processor)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) relish
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to allow all the flavours to blend.
