Ingredients
- 2 cups (210 g) frozen cranberries, plus more for serving
- 1 cup (250 ml) lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond liqueur (amaretto-style)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) gin
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) cane syrup
- 1 egg white (see note)
- Crushed ice
- 8 small rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the cranberries, lemon juice, almond liqueur, gin, cane syrup and egg white until smooth. Divide among eight glasses filled with crushed ice. Garnish with more cranberries and the rosemary sprigs.
