Cilantro Virgin Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- ½ to 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 500 ml (2 cups) fresh cilantro
- 60 ml (¼ cup) lime juice
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, finely chop the onions, garlic and pepper. Add the cilantro and lime juice and chop until coarse. Add the oil and mix thouroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Delicious with white fish, grilled chicken, or grilled steak.
