Celery Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 3 lime wedges
- Granulated sugar, for rimming
- 2 cups (500 ml) ice cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) celery granita
- 3 oz (90 ml) white rum or vodka
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
Instructions
- Moisten the edge of two margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip in the sugar. Set aside.
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth (slush). Pour into the glasses and garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
