Butter Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb (675 g) radishes, quartered
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the radishes gently in the butter, stirring frequently, until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives.
