Bob le Chef’s Cheddar and Bacon Dip
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated orange cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
- 12 stems chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, and then chop finely. Set aside on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, over low heat, melt the cheese with the cream.
- Add the bacon and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve with corn chips or
- Bob le Chef’s Giant Pretzels.
