Bloody Caesar with Lime and Coriander
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sea salt
- grated zest of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp (5 ml) finely chopped cilantro
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) crushed hot pepper flakes
- 1 lime wedge
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) tomato and clam juice (Clamato-style)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vodka
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lime juice
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) green Tabasco sauce (or regular)
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 stalk cilantro
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the lime wedge.
- Moisten the rim of a tall glass with the lime wedge. Dip the rim in the salt mixture. Set aside.
