Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 oz (125 ml) blood orange juice
  • 3 oz (90 ml) vodka
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) egg white

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients
  2. and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain immediately into two martini glasses.
  4. Discard the ice.
