Blackcurrant Cosmo
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) cranberry juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
- ½ oz (15 ml) orange liqueur
- ½ oz (15 ml) crème de cassis
- 1 lime wedge, for the juice
- A few ice cubes
- 1 long orange zest about ½ inch (1 cm) wide, removed with a vegetable peeler
- 2 cranberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- In a shaker, vigorously mix the cranberry juice, vodka, orange liqueur, crème de cassis, lime juice and ice cubes. Strain into a martini glass.
- Thread the orange zest onto a small skewer alternating with the cranberries. Place on the edge of the glass.
