Bacon and Parmesan Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a fork. Season with pepper. Serve with warm corn on the cobs. The butter will keep for about 1 week in a refrigerator.
