Autumn Radish, Apple and Turnip Salad
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup (250 ml) radishes thinly sliced with a mandolin
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) golden raisins
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into matchsticks
- 2 cups (500 ml) white turnip, peeled and julienned
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
