Athlete’s Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced (or mango)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chocolate milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
