Asian Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely shopped
- 2 tsp (10 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) honey
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. This dressing is perfect on a salad with bean sprouts, julienned peppers and green onion.
