Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely shopped
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) honey
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. This dressing is perfect on a salad with bean sprouts, julienned peppers and green onion.
