Apple Pie Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes, plus more for serving
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) apple brandy
- ½ oz (15 ml) white cider vermouth
- ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) dark or clear cane syrup
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) cocktail foamer or ½ egg white
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) sweet clover extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 thin slice yellow apple, lightly sprinkled with lemon juice and sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, vigorously combine the ice cubes with the brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, cane syrup, sweet clover and foamer. Filter the mixture into a lowball whisky glass filled with ice cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Insert the apple slice into the cocktail, if desired.
