Amaretto Passion
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz (45 ml) almond liqueur (amaretto)
- 1 oz (30 ml) dark rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the almond liqueur, rum, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, egg white and ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Drip 3 Angostura bitters onto the surface of the drink and use a toothpick to create heart patterns on the mousse, if desired.
