    In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the cauliflower and salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside ¼ cup (60 ml) of the mayonnaise mixture in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Add the cauliflower to the large bowl of remaining mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat well.

    Spread the cauliflower out in the basket of an air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C), stirring halfway through cooking.

    Remove the basket from the air fryer. Place the salmon over the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for 9 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the cauliflower is roasted.
