  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour pickles, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • 1 tsp capers, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups (90 g) shredded wheat, crumble (4 shredded wheats)
  • 4 6 oz (170 g) fillets of white fish (pangasius, tilapia, etc), halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 cup (250 ml) homemade or store-bought tomato sauce, hot

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
