Provençale Braised Beef and Onion Pasta
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) Slow Cooker Broufado
- 250 ml (1 cup) cooking juices from Slow Cooker Broufado
- 500 ml (2 cups) penne, cooked al dente
- 250 ml (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60 ml (¼ cup) grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the braised beef and onion mixture. In a small saucepan, gently warm the meat with the cooking juices.
- In a large bowl, combine the warm beef mixture with the remaining ingredients and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
