  • ½ cheese-stuffed baguette
  • 1/4 lb (115 g) cooked Nordic shrimp, fresh or thawed
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cheese-stuffed baguette

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine all cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Remove a bit of the baguette crust. Keep for another use. Spread cheese on two baguette halves. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is crisp and golden brown.
