Balsamic and Cream Brown Butter
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the butter to a boil and cook until it becomes golden brown. Deglaze with the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes, whisking constantly.
- Pour over grilled meat.
