Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sake
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mirin
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 slices fresh ginger, peeled

Инструкция

  1. In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer for about 8 minutes or until sauce is very syrupy.
  2. Remove garlic and ginger. You should be left with about 125 ml (½ cup) of sauce. Let cool. Keep in the refrigerator, if needed.
