Mascarpone and White Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 6 tbsp (80 g) sugar
  • 2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream, cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. At low speed, drizzle in the chocolate and beat until stiff peaks form. Keep refrigerated.
