Mascarpone and White Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 6 tbsp (80 g) sugar
- 2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the cream, cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- At low speed, drizzle in the chocolate and beat until stiff peaks form. Keep refrigerated.
