Apricot-Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise (or a mixture of equal parts mayonnaise and plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) apricot jam, melted and cooled
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. The dip will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve with Crispy Chicken Fillets.
