Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) white vinegar
- 4 egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) lemon curd or more to taste
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 135 °C (275 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
