Ingredients

  • 1 bag 150 g cheese curd, coarsely chopped (310 ml / 1 1/4 cups, approximately)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) store-bought tzatziki sauce
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb (454 g) ground lamb or lean beef
  • 8 small hamburger buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices tomato
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
