Chicken Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chili powder
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 cups (180 g) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and thinly sliced
- 1 hard boiled egg, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
