Marie-Soleil’s Bloody Beer
Ingredients
- Celery salt, for garnish
- 2 bottles 341 ml pale ale
- 1 can 5.5 oz (156 ml) cold tomato juice
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) celery salt
- Lime wedges
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Put a little celery salt in a saucer.
- Moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip in the celery salt. Set aside.
- In a pitcher, combine the remaining ingredients, except for the lime wedges and the ice. Season with pepper. Pour into the glasses and garnish with lime wedges. If desired, serve with ice.
