Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable or olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) finely chopped shallot
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) walnut oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola or corn oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) curry powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Cayenne pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked until crisp
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) maple syrup
- Salt and pepper

- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients using a whisk.
