Philippe’s Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (225g) top sirloin beef, cut into small cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) Montreal steak spices
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Cracked pepper to taste
- 2 1/4 cups (560 ml) water
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) parboiled long grain rice
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the meat with the spices and the oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.
