Vegetables “en Papillote”

Ingredients

  • 4 red onions, cut into quarters
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 

  • 20 asparagus, trimmed and halved crosswise
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chucks
  • 3 raw ears corn, cut into kernels
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
  • Salt and pepper 




Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium.
  2. On a large sheet of double layer aluminum foil, place all the ingredients. Close the foil.
  3. Place the foil on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
