Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) diced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 white-fleshed fish fillets

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Let cool.
