  • 2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 green (unripe) bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil (approximately)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Crushed roasted peanuts to taste
  • Sour cream

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender,

  3. Using an electric mixer, purée the potatoes with the butter and the milk until smooth. Adjust the seasoning.
  4. Keep warm.
