Maple-Beer Mayonnaise
This recipe for maple-beer mayonnaise is perfect for dipping our homemade lumpia!
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) store-bought mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) New England IPA beer
- 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup
- A few drops of Tabasco-style sauce, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The sauce will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
