Yogurt, Banana and Fruitcake Parfait

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain 10% yogurt
- 1/2 banana, cut into rounds
- 1 slice fruitcake, crumbled
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
Instructions
- In a glass with a 1 ¼-cup (310 ml) capacity, add 1/3 of the yogurt, banana, cake and syrup. Repeat this sequence twice more.
