Chilled Spot Prawns
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) spot prawns, with shells
Instructions
- Place the prawns in a pot of salted cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Immediately rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking. Drain. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
- Drain the prawns. Serve with Cocktail Sauce or as part of the Coast-to-Coast Canadian Seafood Platter.
