Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 3/4 cup (135 g) fine bulgur wheat
- 3/4 lb (340 g) lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, 1/2 finely chopped, 1/2 cut into chunks
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup (35 g) walnuts, chopped
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges

- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and set aside.
