Ingredients
- 2 thin ribbons Lebanese cucumber
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 2 orange slices, halved
- 3 leaves lemon balm or mint
- 2 oz (60 ml) Pimm’s No. 1, cold (see note)
- ¾ cup (180 ml) ginger ale, cold
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Line the inside of a tall glass with the cucumber ribbons. Add the strawberries, orange slices and ice cubes alternately with the lemon balm leaves.
- Add the Pimm’s and top up with the ginger ale.
