Garlic Baby Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 bunch baby broccoli, trimmed (see note)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan of salted boiling water, blanch the baby broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse quickly under cold running water. Drain.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the garlic in the oil. Add the blanched baby broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Pork Chops with Citrus and Juniper Berries.
