German-Style Potato Salad
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp celery salt
- 2.2 lb (1 kg) unpeeled red potatoes, washed and cubed (about 6 potatoes)
- ¼ cup (35 g) sliced baby pickles
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Set aside.
